Salary: $200–$300/month (Part-Time) | $400–$600/month (Full-Time)
Work Hours: Flexible (20 hrs/week to start)

We’re looking for a talented and visionary Thumbnail Designer who can create high-CTR, eye-catching thumbnails that grab attention instantly.

???? Responsibilities

Design 5–10 engaging thumbnails per day (depending on part-time or full-time workload)

Collaborate with our content and scripting teams to understand the theme and hook of each video

Research competitors and apply viral thumbnail psychology and best practices

Provide multiple design concepts when needed and iterate based on feedback

Maintain consistent branding and style across channels while adapting to each niche

???? Requirements

Strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails (applications without samples will not be considered)

Solid understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, composition, and typography

Proven knowledge of click psychology and CTR optimization

Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow with our fast-paced team

Experience working with faceless YouTube automation channels

Familiarity with YouTube SEO, titles, and content trends

Motion graphics or animation experience (for future shorts content)
