We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps home improvement businesses (landscapers, hardscapers, roofers, etc.) get more leads and booked jobs. We're looking for a reliable appointment setter to join our remote team and handle outbound + inbound follow-ups with B2C leads (homeowners).

???? You Must Be:

Fluent in English with a neutral or American accent

Extremely comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone

Confident, friendly, and organized

Fast learner — we’ll provide scripts and training

Able to manage pipeline & update CRM (GoHighLevel)

Consistent — this is NOT a side gig, we need full-time energy

Good at handling objections and booking consults without being pushy

???? Responsibilities:

Call/text qualified leads from Facebook/Google ads

Confirm interest, budget, and project timelines

Book phone consultations for our clients (landscapers, roofers, etc.)

Update statuses in GoHighLevel and leave notes on lead activity

Follow up with old leads via call/SMS when needed

Hit weekly appointment goals (bonuses available)

GoHighLevel CRM (training provided)

Slack for communication

Google Sheets / Docs

Dialer system (we provide)

???? What Success Looks Like:

5–10 qualified appointments booked per day

Happy clients, consistent pipeline, and growing accounts

Clear communication and CRM notes
