About This Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team and take ownership of our digital presence for our livestream tool called nero.fan.

This role focuses on transforming our livestream content into engaging short-form videos and carousel posts while maintaining a consistent, compelling presence across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Editing
- Transform long-form livestreams into bite-sized, engaging video clips
- Edit videos for optimal performance on each platform (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design and create engaging carousel posts that break down complex topics into digestible slides
- Create compelling thumbnails, captions, and graphics to accompany video content
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all content

Platform Management

Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across multiple social media platforms
Optimize posting times and frequency for maximum engagement on each platform
Monitor platform-specific trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our community in a timely manner
