UGC Video Editor

At Freshtape, every video ad we create is more than content—it’s a chance to inspire, connect, and grow our brand. We’re looking for a UGC Video Editor who can turn raw ideas and assets into high-performing ads that leave a mark.

What You’ll Do
• Edit UGC-style ads for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
• Follow our structured creative SOP (Trello flow + Google Drive assets provided).
• Use set fonts, guidelines, and naming conventions to keep output consistent.
• Work with athlete content and lifestyle creators across sports like running, fighting, and cycling.
• Deliver ads within 3 days after starting a task.
• Collaborate through Trello, Google Drive, and ---------- for updates.

Requirements
• Strong editing skills (fast, creative, detail-oriented).
• Familiar with adding text overlays (clear visibility, blocks, or lining).
• Able to follow a system while bringing creativity to each ad.
• Reliable internet connection and good communication skills.

Compensation
• Base: $3/hour.
• Performance bonuses:
• ROAS 3–4: +$25 bonus
• ROAS 4–5: +$35 bonus
• ROAS 5+: +$50 bonus
