Oak City Movers is a licensed, fast-growing startup moving company based in Raleigh, NC. We’re building a trusted brand with transparent pricing, professional crews, and exceptional client care. As we expand, we’re hiring a dedicated Cold Caller to fuel our booking pipeline.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to:
FSBO (For Sale By Owner) property listings
Apartments, realtors, and storage facilities
Vendor/partner prospects in our service area
Your job is to introduce Oak City Movers, qualify prospects, and secure confirmed bookings or live transfers for estimates.

Responsibilities
Make 50–70 outbound calls per day using provided lead lists.
Follow the Oak City Cold Call Script (with rebuttals).
Accurately log all outcomes in our CRM (Movegistics).
Use our phone dialer system for all outbound calls.
Secure bookings, collect full client details, or transfer hot leads directly.
Provide daily reporting on dials, contacts, and bookings.
Experience Requirements
1–2 years cold calling or sales experience (real estate, insurance, logistics, or call centers preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems (Movegistics preferred, or willing to learn quickly).
Experience using phone dialers for high-volume calling.
Excellent spoken English with neutral or American-accent tone.
Confidence handling objections and rejection.
Strong attention to detail for logging calls and outcomes.
Reliable internet and headset for clear call quality.
Quotas & KPIs
50–70 dials/day minimum.
5–10 bookings/week (appointments or direct reservations).
Consistent daily CRM logging.

Compensation
Base hourly pay: $5–$7/hr (depending on experience).
Performance Bonuses (Bulk Rate – Bookings):
15+ bookings in a month = $30–$50 bonus
25+ bookings in a month = $75–$100 bonus
35+ bookings in a month = $125–$150 bonus
