About the role
We are a growing creative business with multiple digital brands, and we’re looking for a high-level content creator who knows how to turn raw ideas into viral, polished, on-brand content. This is not a “clip and caption” role — we want someone who can think strategically about storytelling and make content that stops the scroll.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Editing Reels and TikToks with hooks, captions, transitions, and pacing that align with current trends.
- Creating branded carousels and graphics in Canva (and beyond) for Instagram.
- Repurposing long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.
- Keeping visuals on-brand across multiple businesses.
- Collaborating on creative direction to ensure content matches strategy.
What success looks like:
- Content feels elevated, engaging, and aligned with our voice.
- A smooth weekly rhythm of edited videos and carousels ready for scheduling.
- Ideas and initiatives brought to the table, not just tasks completed.
You should apply if:
- You’re across TikTok and Instagram trends and know how to leverage them for business growth.
-You’re confident with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
- You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and love experimenting with content.
