Manager Virtual Assistant for Local SEO Company

We’re a SEO company focused on helping local businesses improve their Google Business Profile visibility and Google Maps rankings.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day admin and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails
- Send invoices and follow-ups to clients
- Handle client correspondence (professional tone and clear English)
- Stay on top of all our clients' status
- Understand and perform fulfilment tasks as needed (not always)
- Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach

Ideal Candidate:
- Highly skilled and experienced in western businesses
- Experience as a Manager, Admin VA or similar role
- Has strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly organised and can work independently
- Has the initiative to take action and make time-sensitive and important decisions
- Familiar with Google Business Profile and basic SEO is a big plus
- Knows their way around Canva or similar tools for post creation
- Experience in email outreach
- Quick to learn and proactive with suggestions
- Bonus if you know how to manage and improve websites (WordPress, SEO tweaks, content updates, etc.)

Details:
Hourly Rate: 7 AUD
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Schedule: 7AM-4PM Philippine time, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Long-term role with room to grow
Fully remote
Weekly payments via Wise (You will need to send an invoice at the end of each week)
