THE POSITION

We're hiring a Part-Time Digital Growth Marketer to join our team. This is a stable, long-term position with excellent growth opportunities in the creator economy space.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Email Marketing & Automation:
- Create and manage email campaigns in GoHighLevel and ConvertKit
- Set up email sequences and automation flows
- Write compelling email copy that converts
- Monitor open rates, click rates, and conversions
- A/B test subject lines and content


Funnel & Landing Page Management:
- Update and optimize sales funnels for maximum conversion
- Maintain landing pages and opt-in forms
- Implement tracking pixels and analytics
- Test different page variations and copy
- Ensure all links and forms work properly


Paid Advertising Support:
- Organize and upload creative assets for Meta Ads campaigns
- Write ad copy variations for testing
- Track campaign performance metrics
- Create weekly performance reports
- Maintain advertising asset libraries


Analytics & Reporting:
- Build performance dashboards in Google Sheets
- Track KPIs across all marketing channels
- Create weekly and monthly reports
- Identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Document successful strategies in SOPs

REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms
- Understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English writing skills for marketing copy
- Available to work Sunday-Thursday schedule


Technical Skills Needed:
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- ConvertKit or email marketing tools
- Meta Ads Manager (basic level)
- Google Sheets for reporting
- Notion for documentation
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking

Details:
Work from home
$5/hour
20 hours/week
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 5PM-9PM PH Time. Fridays and Saturdays are off
Opportunity for more hours based on performance
