Key Responsibilities
Database Management & Digital Oversight
• Maintain, update, and back up travel-related databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Create, manage, and archive online Zoo
• Monitor all travel-related correspondence to ensure alignment with EPRI policies and procedures.
Financial Administration
• Process reimbursements for travel expenses and compile related invoices for monthly submission.
• Reconcile travel and project-related expenses against bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor and facilitate the use of company travel credit cards, frequent flyer programs, and loyalty schemes.
• Obtain leadership approval for travel expenses exceeding established budget limits.
Travel Coordination
• Research and compare travel and accommodation options to identify cost-effective solutions.
• Make travel arrangements and reservations within approved budgets and travel purposes.
• Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries and schedules to relevant staff.
• Advise travelers on required documentation (e.g., visas, passports) and assist with procurement.
Logistics & Vendor Management
• Source, negotiate, and secure entertainment, transport materials, and personnel for travel-related events.
• Oversee logistics including hotel bookings, transportation, field trips, and other activities.
General Support
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency and financial accountability
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate multiple options and identify the best choice to achieve a specified goal.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, quick learner, and proactive mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and Database management.
• Demonstrated responsibility and reliability.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to set priorities, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to accommodate irregular or extended hours.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel for work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or similar software.
• Based in the Central Africa Time Zone.
• Availability to work the morning shift (9 am to 6 PM, including a 1-hour break).
• Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday (off on Monday and Tuesday).
Rate: 6USD per hour
-Yearly increase after completing performance review

Job Type: Contract with 3 months’ probation
