Full-Time Graphic Designer & WordPress Assistant (with Lead Generation Skills)

We are a fast-growing company in the environmental services sector looking for a full-time remote team member to join our marketing and digital operations.
This role combines graphic design, website management, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
• Create professional graphics using Adobe Illustrator (logos, banners, catalogs, social media content).
• Manage and update our WordPress website (content updates, landing pages, simple customizations).
• Support lead generation activities (LinkedIn research, email outreach, CRM updates).
• Collaborate closely with our team to deliver creative content and online campaigns.
• Provide ideas and suggestions to improve branding and digital presence.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus).
• Experience with WordPress (elementor, plugins, content updates).
• Basic knowledge of lead generation, online research, or digital marketing tools.
• Good communication in English (written).
• Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset.

Work Conditions:
