What You’ll Do

Edit direct-response video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form social assets.
Work with scripts, storyboards, and briefs to create videos that sell.
Add motion graphics, captions, and transitions that boost engagement.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers on client campaigns.

Manage multiple projects across different e-commerce brands and industries.

What Does the Day-to-Day Look Like?
Join daily tea ---------- etings to align on priorities.
Edit and deliver videos for client projects.
Collaborate and communicate with clients directly via Slack and Google Meet.

What We’re Looking For

Strong portfolio of ecommerce or direct-response video ads.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, or equivalent.
Motion graphics and text animation skills.
Fun, likeable, detail-oriented personality.
Comfortable managing projects end-to-end.
Self-starter, curious, and hungry to learn.
Coachable, with an openness to feedback and mentorship.
Strong communication skills in English.
