Full-Time Outbound Sales & Appointment Setter (GHL, AI Website Agency)

We’re looking for a relentless, results-driven Outbound Sales & Appointment Setter to help us fill our calendar—and sales pipeline—with paying clients for our AI-powered website/automation agency. This is not a “wait-for-the-leads” role: you’ll be in the driver’s seat, targeting and converting cold US-based business owners using a mix of phone calls, SMS, and email.

What You’ll Do:

Execute high-volume outbound calling, SMS, and email campaigns to book discovery calls and demos with local US service businesses (plumbers, contractors, law firms, etc.).

Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule appointments that result in paid client setups—your mission is new revenue.

Use GoHighLevel CRM daily to track every touchpoint, update pipeline status, and prep our founder with detailed call notes.

Manage follow-up sequences and craft simple but effective outreach messages (cold and warm).

Take complete ownership of your targets and your book of leads: success is measured in paying clients and booked demos.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with direct cold outreach (phone, SMS, email)—ideally 1+ year booking appointments or closing deals with US audiences.

Excellent spoken and written English. Confident on the phone. Knows how to break the ice and handle gatekeepers.

Experience with sales pipelines in GoHighLevel or similar tools.

Track record of delivering results in startup, agency, or commission-based environments.

Hungry, proactive, highly organized, and excited to be paid for outcomes, not just activities.

What We Offer:

Full-time position (40 hours/week)—must be fully committed and ready to go all-in.
