Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What You’ll Do
Make 100+ cold calls per day to qualified prospects.
Create and send engaging
Develop new ways to break through and catch prospect attention.
Qualify leads and secure 10–12 quality demos per week.
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and teamwork.
Track all activity, notes, and progress in HubSpot.
Hit monthly quota goals.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in cold calling and prospecting.
Experience with HubSpot CRM (or a similar CRM).
Strong written communication skills, able to craft creative, engaging
Confidence and persistence are required to make a high volume of calls daily.
Team player works closely with Sales to maximize results.
Goal-driven and results-focused.
