Shopify Product Lister (SEO-Focused)

About Us
Ultimate Adventure Supply is an outdoor and overlanding gear retailer with both a brick-and-mortar store and a growing Shopify-based e-commerce site. We use Shopify POS in our physical store, and some products are only sold in-store, so we need to manage different sales channels through Shopify. We’re expanding quickly and need a dedicated Shopify Specialist who can take ownership of our online store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimized listings, and an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory).
- Optimize product pages for SEO, conversions, and mobile-friendliness.
- Create Shopify purchase orders for vendors using invoices received.
- Monitor and troubleshoot orders, shipping rates, and payment issues.
- Coordinate with dropshippers for online sales that are dropshipped.
- Ensure collections and navigation menus are clear and customer-friendly.
- Set up promotions, discount codes, and bundles as needed.
- Set up product bundling and linked products where a dropdown selection adds another SKU to the cart.
- Utilize Shopify apps (or custom code) to ensure accurate inventory tracking for bundled products.
- Integrate and maintain Shopify apps for shipping, reviews, CRM, and marketing.
- Generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Coordinate with our marketing team on graphics, promotions, and social media alignment.
- Optimize Shopify theme for user-friendly experience (You don’t need to create graphics and content, just optimize the layout and format.)
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify updates, e-commerce trends, and best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the English language. You will be communicating with tea ---------- mbers based in the US regularly via Zoom, Slack, and Asana.
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores (please provide portfolio).
- Strong understanding of Shopify admin.
- Experience with SEO optimization for product pages.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Shopify product bundling, linked products, and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
- Bonus: Experience or genuine interest in overlanding, camping, or outdoor gear.

- CRM integrations (HubSpot / Endear knowledge is a plus)

Compensation and Benefits
- $4 to $7/hour, depending on experience, paid weekly via WISE
- Paid Time Off, Paid US Holidays, Christmas Bonus

Work Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, 10:00 AM to 6 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
