The Role
As our WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in the entire web development lifecycle. From concept to launch and beyond, you will be responsible for bringing our creative visions to life with clean and professional designs that users will convert on.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and Customize: Customize WordPress themes and plugins, with a strong focus on Elementor and Elementor Pro.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our Website Director to translate designs and business requirements into fully functional websites.
• Optimize and Enhance: Ensure all websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for speed and SEO. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Innovate and Integrate: Implement custom functionality and integrate third-party APIs and tools to elevate the user experience.
• Maintain and Support: Manage site migrations, routine maintenance, and ongoing updates to keep client websites running flawlessly.
Who You Are
• You are a master of both WordPress & Elementor, able to create layouts, custom widgets, and dynamic content without relying on bloated plugins.
• You have a keen eye for design and user experience (UX), ensuring the final product is both beautiful and intuitive.
• You are a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
• You thrive in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced agency environment.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
