We are seeking an eligible, organised, and proactive Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our construction and property management business. This is a full-time, long-term position for an individual capable of helping us maintain efficient project, client, and operational management.
You will work directly with our directors and team, managing both daily administrative tasks and broader business support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance: Calendar management,
Sales & Marketing Support: Managing leads, assisting with client discovery calls, preparing proposals, and updating our CRM.
Project Coordination: Supporting estimators and project managers with take-offs, BoQs, and client communications.
Property Management Support: Assisting with tenant communications, coordinating compliance certificates (gas, EPC, electrical), and tracking insurance renewals.
Administration & Finance: Invoicing, managing suppliers, tracking expenses, and supporting bookkeeping activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM platforms.
* Familiarity with construction or property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
