JOB OVERVIEW

Adaptive Property Solutions – a quickly growing, entrepreneurial-spirited company utilizing innovation and technology to provide commercial clients single-source, end-to-end, full-service solutions for portfolio-wide site surveys across the United States and Canada – is seeking a Field Data Reviewer and Matterport Tagging Technician.

Position Overview:
The Field Data Reviewer and Matterport Tagging Technician is responsible for processing and reviewing SIR form data submitted from the field, completing client forms, supplementing missing information using Matterport scans, and updating Matterport tours with Mattertags to showcase required field-provided photos. A successful candidate for this position will need a high level of attention to detail and must be familiar with U.S.-based building systems and utilities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of deliverables for our clients and maintain high standards of data quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review SIR field data submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Process raw field data and complete client-specific forms, supplementing missing information by referencing Matterport scans.
• Update Matterport 3D tours with Mattertags, ensuring all required photos from the field are properly tagged and showcased.
• Organize, sort, and rename photos and files as needed for project documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve data gaps or anomalies.
• Participate in QC reviews of your own work and the work performed by others, including initial reviews for new tea ---------- mbers and ongoing spot checks for quality assurance.
• Track job assignments and progress using company spreadsheets and project management tools.
• Collaborate with trainers and production leads to ensure consistent workflow and training for new contractors.

Desired Attributes:
• Native speaker of American English or Business Fluency in American English is required (spoken and written).
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office functions.
• Experience with PDF editing and form completion.
• General understanding of U.S. building construction, systems, and utilities (e.g., MEP, electric panels, HVAC, plumbing).
• Spatial recognition skills for navigating and interpreting 3D scans.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated local work area.

Preferred, but not required:
• Familiarity with Matterport and Mattertagging (training provided).
• Prior exposure to commercial construction documentation or site survey workflows.
• Experience working with Dropbox, SharePoint, or similar file management systems.

Compensation & Hours:
• Independent contractor position.
• Target workload is 20 to 40 hours a week, depending on contractor availability.
• Estimated daily output is 4 to 16 jobs per day depending on availability, efficiency, and project volume.
• Work schedule is flexible but will require some overlap with US workday.
