We are looking for a highly experienced Acquisition Manager / Follow-Up Specialist who can handle direct communication with pre-vetted motivated sellers. You will take over once a lead has responded, and your role will focus on building rapport, accurately running comps and calculating ARVs, gathering property details, estimating repairs, and negotiating purchase terms to move deals toward closing.
Responsibilities
Follow up with sellers who responded with interest
Run comps & calculate ARV (must-have skill)
Estimate repair costs (cosmetic vs. major)
Negotiate price & terms with sellers
Manage CRM & prepare contracts
Requirements
3+ years acquisitions/wholesaling experience
Proven ability to run comps & ARVs accurately
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Familiar with U.S. real estate tools (PropStream, Zillow, MLS)
Neutral Accent
Must have your own computer with good service
