Workflow Automation Specialist

XXII Century is looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist to help us automate daily business workflows and integrate our tools.

Responsibilities:

* Create automations using Zapier, Integromat/Make, n8n, or similar tools
Integrate systems (Google Workspace, Asana, QuickBooks, Dialpad, CRMs, etc.)
* Build automated reports and dashboards
* Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing automations
* Document processes and train staff on new workflows

Requirements:

* Proven experience with workflow automation platforms
* Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping
* Familiar with Google Workspace, project management, and accounting tools
* Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

* Knowledge of logistics or trucking workflows
* Basic coding (Python/JavaScript) or SQL skills
