We are a digital marketing company looking for a skilled Campaign Manager to join our remote team. Must-Have
-1–2 years of proven experience creating and managing paid ad campaigns (including
-Strong English skills (written and spoken)
-High technical ability with great attention to detail
-Strong creative sense and ability to work with ad creatives
-Ability to work independently, stay disciplined, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
-Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (primarily on
-Monitor campaign performance and conduct quality checks before launch
-Use creative tools (including AI-based tools) to generate and test ad creatives
-Manage campaigns for the U.S. market in a dynamic environment
-Identify issues, raise red flags, and suggest improvements proactively
Plus to Have
-Previous experience in affiliate or performance marketing
-Familiarity with campaigns on Amazon, Google, or YouTube
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
-Willingness to work Sunday–Thursday (with flexibility after training)
