We are an e-commerce footwear brand looking for an experienced
This role is part-time (15–20 hours per week, may reduce once systems are in place).
Responsibilities:
-Audit and fix campaign structure (reduce overlap, clean testing/scaling system).
-Analyze performance data and provide weekly creative reports for our static ad designer.
-Ensure creatives are uploaded correctly (landing URLs, product variations, naming, etc.).
-Use ChatGPT/AI tools to help create ad copy that drives sales while avoiding policy violations.
-Maintain compliance with
-Actively engage with me and the creative designer team — be proactive, share ideas, and catch issues early.
-Communicate daily or at least every other day to provide updates, ask questions, and keep campaigns moving forward.
Requirements:
-2+ years managing $100K+/month ad spend (proof required).
-Must have directly managed and scaled campaigns to $100K+/month — not just assisted as part of a team.
-Strong experience in scaling campaigns profitably for e-commerce.
-Advanced skills in
-Ability to provide screenshots/workflows showing how you keep ad accounts organized.
-Experience analyzing creatives and providing actionable feedback to designers.
-Detail-oriented is essential — disorganized applicants will not be considered.
Nice to Have:
-Background in footwear or lifestyle e-commerce.
-Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads.
Compensation & Bonus:
-Competitive hourly or monthly pay depending on experience.
-Performance Bonus: If able to achieve at least a 15% ROAS increase in October compared to September (measured against the results from our previous media buyer), you will receive a $200 bonus.
-Additional bonuses are negotiable if overall account performance continues to increase beyond the set goal.
