Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant to support our Salsify Product Owner in managing and syndicating product content across leading retail portals. This role will focus on ensuring accurate, complete, and optimized product data for listings on Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and other major ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the syndication of product content from our PIM (Salsify) to retailer portals.
• Acquire, organize, and maintain the necessary product data to maximize attribution and content completeness for new product builds.
• Ensure product listings meet the requirements and best practices of each retail partner.
• Support the Ecommerce Merchandising team in keeping product content accurate, consistent, and up to date.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (marketing, product development, operations) to gather and verify product information.
• Monitor and troubleshoot product data issues to ensure smooth product launches.

Qualifications
• Experience with ecommerce merchandising and product content management.
• Familiarity with major ecommerce retailers (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, Target).
• Prior experience with Salsify (or another PIM system) strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
