Part-time marketing and administrative assistant to Realtor in Salida, CO, USA. Primary support will be in helping create and manage social media accounts, primarily Instagram. Content (both images and reels) will be mostly based off realtor's podcast and YouTube channel content, but also some real estate and location specific content as well. (Creativity is a must!)
Content creation including writing and sending out bi-monthly
Some website help including: creating and posting blogs and embedding videos.
Other administrative support as needed including: sending direct messages to Instagram contacts and data entry in CRM.
Candidate must have experience in social media management, content creation, and basic website and technical skills. Must have a high proficiency in English as written content creation is a huge part of this position. A basic understanding or prior experience with real estate is preferred, not required.
Overall, I'm looking for someone to help me better market my real estate business. I'd love someone who is willing to learn more about me and how I run my business and bring in their creative ideas as we work together over time.
