JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is equal parts sales-driven and tech-savvy. This role is not just about dialing numbers—it’s about building structured outbound sequences, leveraging automation tools, and creatively engaging with prospects to secure high-quality meetings.



As our BDR, you will be responsible for creating and running outbound campaigns, following up with warm leads, and ensuring that conversations progress toward booked demos and pipeline growth. You’ll work directly with leadership and play a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel success.









Key Responsibilities





Outbound Campaigns:
Build, manage, and optimize outreach sequences in ---------- (email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn).
Segment leads and tailor sequences for maximum engagement.

Prospecting & Lead Engagement:
Follow up with leads allocated to you regularly.
Engage with prospects via LinkedIn (connection requests, messages, content interactions).
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound emails.

Content & Messaging:
Use ChatGPT and other tools to draft, structure, and personalize outbound messaging.
A/B test subject lines, messaging styles, and outreach strategies to improve conversion.

Meeting Generation:
Secure qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
Follow up consistently to confirm attendance and reduce no-shows.

CRM & Reporting:
Log all activities, interactions, and updates in Salesforce (or designated CRM).
Track KPIs (calls, emails, sequences, meetings booked, conversion rates).

Collaboration:
Provide feedback on messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.
Work closely with sales leadership to refine strategies and hit pipeline targets.











Requirements





Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or Sales Associate (preferably SaaS, staffing, or tech industry).
Strong familiarity with ---------- or similar sales engagement platforms.
Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and prospecting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stay organized.
Experience using ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to enhance outreach is a strong plus.
Self-starter with a “get it done” attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
