Virtual Recruiter & Scheduler (Home Care CNAs/HHAs)

Part-time, Remote (20 hrs/week)

We are a Florida nurse registry seeking a Virtual Recruiter & Scheduler to support caregiver staffing and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Recruit & onboard CNAs/HHAs: job ads, phone interviews, background checks, compliance paperwork.

Maintain caregiver files: TB, CPR, CEUs, licenses.

Answer calls & support scheduling (shift changes, no-shows, client matches).

Convert 10+ caregivers/month into active status.

Track metrics, follow set processes, deliver weekly updates.

Use tech tools: OpenPhone (or similar), scheduling software, Google Workspace, AI transcription tools.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare recruiting/HR/home care.

Strong phone presence & interviewing skills.

Knowledge of U.S. caregiver compliance (CNA/HHA).

Tech-savvy, organized, reliable.

Excellent spoken/written English.
