Skip Tracer & Debt Collection Specialist - Part Time Remote

**Position:** Part-time Skip Tracer & Debt Collection Specialist (In-House)
**Rate:** $4-$5/hour + Performance Bonuses

## Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced skip tracer and debt collection specialist to handle our in-house collections department. This role involves working with challenging debtors who are not cooperative, requiring aggressive but legal collection tactics.

## Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive skip tracing and debtor location services
- Execute demand letters and initial collection communications
- Handle all collection payments and payment processing
- Relay negotiation conversations and maintain detailed records
- File online legal cases on our behalf when necessary
- Update company blog with debt-related content and public records information
- Manage entire collection process from initial contact to final resolution
- Maintain compliance with all legal collection requirements

## Required Qualifications
- **Experience in skip tracing and debt collection required**
- Knowledge of legal collection practices and regulations
- Comfortable with aggressive but legal collection tactics
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Ability to work with uncooperative and difficult debtors
- Experience with online case filing systems
- Excellent written communication for blog updates and documentation
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional

## Preferred Qualifications
- **English speaking proficiency is a plus**
- Experience with public records research
- Background in legal or financial services
- Previous blog writing or content creation experience

## Compensation Structure
