We're looking for a Google Ads expert who lives and breathes ROI. This is a career-defining role where you are in the driver's seat. What You Will Own & Drive:
>> Campaign Strategy: You will be the architect of our Google Ads success across Search, YouTube, and Display. You will develop and launch campaigns for both our e-commerce and lead generation goals.
>> Deep Research: Go beyond the surface. We need you to conduct deep keyword research, build an unbeatable negative keyword strategy, and analyze competitor creatives and angles to find our winning edge.
>> Relentless Optimization: You will live in the campaign data daily, obsessively tracking performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROI) and running A/B tests to constantly improve our results.
>> Technical Mastery: You will manage our entire tracking setup, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and our third-party tracking platforms for precise affiliate attribution and ROI analysis.

This Role is a Perfect Fit if You Have:
? A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a proven history of managing profitable campaigns.
? An active Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Video) is required.
? Expert-level knowledge of the entire Google Ads ecosystem (Search, YouTube, Display).
? Strong technical skills with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ideally, third-party trackers like Skro.eu.
? A dual mindset: you are both highly analytical and creative enough to plan winning ad concepts.
? A true "owner's mentality." You are proactive, detailed, and motivated by great results.
? Excellent communication skills and the discipline to thrive in a remote work setup.

Compensation & Rewards:
We believe in rewarding our top performers generously.
