JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:

We are a trusted local moving company serving the Tampa Bay area. We pride ourselves on professionalism and quality service. Now, we’re looking for someone to take full control of our digital presence.

We don’t know social media inside and out — and we don’t want to micromanage. We need someone who can handle everything start to finish: strategy, content creation, posting, and scheduling.


Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of managing our entire online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile. Your role goes beyond just posting — you’ll be responsible for creating content that brings in leads.

Weekly Deliverables (you fully manage):
• 4–5 Social Posts (AI + Canva)
• Moving tips, infographics, seasonal promos, testimonials, local Tampa highlights
• 2–3 Short-Form Videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• AI/Canva videos with moving hacks, testimonials, or behind-the-scenes
• 3–5 Stories
• Quick polls, reposts, countdowns, CTAs
• SEO-rich local post linking to our site or call-to-action
• Backlink Integration
• Add links to our website, booking form, or phone number in captions, bios, GBP posts, and video descriptions
• Engagement Management
• Monitor comments/DMs daily, respond or forward leads
• Weekly Report
• Posts published, engagement, reach, traffic, and leads generated


Additional Expectations:
• SEO Optimization: Use local keywords (“Tampa movers,” “St. Pete moving company,” “apartment movers near Carrollwood”) in captions, video titles, GBP posts, and hashtags.
• Backlinking Strategy: Ensure every platform drives traffic to our website, booking page, or phone number.
• Content Strategy: Balance authority (moving tips), local relevance (Tampa-focused content), social proof (reviews/testimonials), and promotions (seasonal offers).
• Analytics & Iteration: Track results weekly, optimize monthly — double down on what brings leads.
• Optional Add-Ons: Create blog posts or lead magnets (e.g., “10 Things to Do Before Moving Day” checklist) that drive SEO traffic and generate leads.


What We’re Looking For:
• Proven ability to manage social media independently with little direction.
• Experience using Canva for branded graphics & videos.
• Familiarity with AI tools (DALL·E, MidJourney, Runway, Pika, etc.) for content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO and local search marketing.
• Ability to write clean, natural copy (with AI assist if needed).
• Highly organized and reliable — you own the content calendar and results.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of paid social ads or Google Ads.
