JOB OVERVIEW

- Managed end-to-end logistics operations covering both domestic and international shipments, including air, ocean, drayage, FTL (Full Truckload), and LTL (Less-than-Truckload).

- Performed track and trace activities to monitor shipment status, proactively updating clients and resolving exceptions or delays.

- Coordinated with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery of shipments across multiple modes of transport.

- Gained strong familiarity with US-based clients and operations, handling customer accounts with consistent communication, service reliability, and issue resolution.

- Prepared and reviewed shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs paperwork) ensuring compliance with US and international regulations.

- Supported drayage operations for port pickups and container movements, monitoring timelines and addressing port congestion or appointment issues.

- Assisted in capacity planning and load optimization to reduce costs while maintaining service efficiency for both FTL and LTL shipments.

- Provided customer service support by addressing inquiries, providing shipment visibility, and resolving escalations promptly.

- Collaborated with internal teams (dispatch, billing, and customer service) to ensure smooth flow of operations and accurate reporting.

-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
