Own lead generation for local service businesses end to end and turn budget into booked jobs with measurable ROI.
What you will do
Design and scale high-intent PPC for home services on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; implement airtight conversion tracking for calls and forms using GA4, GTM, CallRail, and CRM events; manage and grow Google Business Profiles for organic call volume using correct categories, services, photos, products, posts, reviews, and clean NAP/citations; drive the SEO basics that actually move the needle across on-page fixes, internal linking, service and location pages, schema, site speed, and indexing hygiene; build decision-ready reporting that shows CPL, cost per booked appointment, CAC, revenue per lead, and true ROI with clear next actions; run disciplined experiments with Performance Max guardrails, audience signals, and creative tests while protecting lead quality; align closely with intake and sales so every dollar turns into jobs and revenue.
Must-have proof
You have managed substantial monthly budgets for service-based brands and can show dated before-and-after performance with screenshots; you have wins in urgent intent categories such as restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or pest; you can walk through a Google Ads account and explain exactly why each campaign and asset exists and how it ties to revenue; you can point to a Google Business Profile you improved and describe the specific actions taken and the lift in rankings and calls; you can calculate and defend CPL, cost per booked job, CAC, and ROI without needing a spreadsheet.
Requirements
Expert PPC for home services with intent-based structures and rigorous negative keyword discipline; hands-on GA4 and GTM with event mapping and offline conversions that track call outcomes and booked jobs; working knowledge of local SEO best practices so you can direct implementers effectively; Google Business Profile power user with a consistent record of driving organic calls and reviews; data-first communicator who builds clean dashboards and gives crisp, actionable updates; ownership mindset, fast feedback loops, and a bias for action.
Nice to have
Experience with Local Services Ads, Performance Max guardrails, and YouTube for true-intent testing; familiarity with GoHighLevel, Zapier, and CRM workflows to close the loop on revenue; strong ad copy and creative testing for RSAs and GBP posts.
What success looks like
By day 30 you have clean tracking, a hardened account structure, and market-level target CPLs; by day 60 you are hitting or beating agreed CPL and cost per booked appointment while improving lead quality; by day 90 you present a clear plan to scale budgets with stable ROI and predictable job flow.
This role is not for you if
