Graphic Designer (Catalog & Flyer Design, Long-Term Role)

About Us:
Cleanflow Utility Supply Company is a leader in supplying industrial, safety, and utility products across Canada. We publish and mail two catalogs annually and produce four promotional flyers each year to showcase our products and connect with our customers.

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can take ownership of the design and coordination of these publications and grow with us in a long-term partnership.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the creative design, layout, and production of our product catalogs and flyers. This includes working with our internal team to gather content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pages, and preparing files for print and digital distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and layout of bi-annual product catalogs (print + digital).

Design and layout of quarterly promotional flyers (print + digital).

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather product images, copy, and updates.

Ensure all designs reflect our brand guidelines and are visually compelling.

Prepare files for printing, liaise with printers, and oversee production timelines.

Maintain consistency in design standards across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design for catalogs, flyers, or similar print materials.

Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar design tools).

Excellent eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Experience preparing files for professional printing.

Bonus: Familiarity with product-based businesses, B2B catalogs, or e-commerce.
