As we expand, we’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrative Assistant who can also handle some basic bookkeeping tasks.
Position Overview:
This role involves supporting our daily operations, assisting with client communication, managing records, and providing light bookkeeping support. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience in administrative support and a basic understanding of bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule rental bookings, maintenance, and client communications.
• Track payments and manage invoicing processes.
• Maintain accurate records, including rental agreements, client interactions, and fleet data.
• Assist in preparing reports on fleet usage, maintenance, and customer feedback.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and financial report preparation.
• Support social media engagement as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
