Automation Specialist (Contract, Philippines)

Mogul CPA is a fast-growing Canadian accounting firm specializing in property managers, real estate investors, and developers. We’re building systems to scale aggressively — and automations are the backbone of how we operate.

We’re looking for a senior-level automation specialist (contractor) to design, build, and optimize workflows across Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, Fireflies.ai, and related tools.

What You’ll Work On

Sales Call Debrief Loop
Automate Fireflies.ai ? GPT analysis ? Slack/Karbon tasks.

Recruiting Funnel Screener
Parse resumes from LinkedIn/Google Forms ? GPT scoring ? shortlist candidates ? auto-invite via VideoAsk.

Lead Enrichment
FB Lead Ads ? enrichment APIs (Clearbit/PDL) + GPT scoring ? auto-update GoHighLevel CRM with fit scores, tags, and notes.


What We’re Looking For
Strong track record building automations in Zapier and/or Make (Integromat).
Experience integrating CRMs (GoHighLevel strongly preferred).
Comfortable with webhooks, APIs, and data parsing (JSON, CSV, PDFs).
Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI, Fireflies.ai, GPT integrations).
Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to deliver clean documentation.


Contract Details
Contract / project-based with high hourly rate for the right candidate.
Expect initial scope of ~25–40 hours (3 main projects), with potential for ongoing part-time maintenance & new builds.
Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during PH business hours for async communication.
