Quilt Pattern Designer – Full Time (PDF + Product Images)

We’re a growing digital quilt pattern brand looking for a full-time Quilt Designer to join our team! You’ll be responsible for creating original quilt pattern designs, formatting them into PDF patterns with instructions, and generating mockup/product images to be used on our website and social media.

This is a long-term, full-time remote position for someone passionate about design and quilting.

Responsibilities

Design original quilt patterns in modern, traditional, or creative styles
- Format patterns into easy-to-follow PDF instructions
- Create 2–5 high-quality mockups/product images per design (flat lays or 3D mockups)
- Ensure all patterns are original, clear, and visually beautiful
- Collaborate with the team for theme ideas (seasonal, holiday, trending)
- Meet weekly deadlines for pattern delivery
- Communicate progress and submit daily/weekly reports

Requirements

- Strong design skills and creativity in quilting or textile arts
- Experience in pattern formatting (PDFs, block diagrams, cutting charts)
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for image creation
- Able to deliver 3–5 quilt patterns per week, including final PDF + product images
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
