Job Description:
Shop Marketing Pros is seeking a highly creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team. The perfect candidate is self-disciplined, independent but collaborative, a taskmaster, detail-oriented, and excellent with time management and communication. Our new tea ---------- mber should be able to plan, create, and manage social media content that reflects our clients’ unique voices and branding. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.


Required Skills:
The perfect candidate is
*Proficient in using the Google Workspace suite of tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
*Skilled in using social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Planable, Buffer, Hootsuite)
*Confident in Facebook & Instagram content creation
*Experienced in designing through Canva
*Proficient with Constant Contact and industry-specific software
*Familiar and open to using AI tools for social media management (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, etc.)
*Familiar with hashtag research tools or trend monitoring platforms
*Strong in writing and editing
*Extremely detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy across platforms

Job Responsibilities:
*Research each client’s industry, geographic region, and audience
*Create engaging social media posts
*Design graphics, reels, and light video editing in Canva
*Research and implement effective hashtags and posting strategies
*Schedule content in Planable
*Follow, engage, and interact with relevant pages, organizations, and audiences
*Create email marketing campaigns
*Monitor client accounts for comments or questions
*Use AI tools for optimal content output
