Full-Time WordPress Developer (Elementor Pro, JetEngine, ACF, Crocoblock)

We are a growing marketing agency specializing in web development and SEO management for clients across multiple industries. We're seeking a dedicated, full-time WordPress Developer to join our team for a long-term partnership.
This is not a project-based role... we're looking for someone who is committed, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with our agency.
What You'll Do:

Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor Pro
Develop dynamic websites with JetEngine, Crocoblock, and Advanced Custom Fields
Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Create SEO-friendly site structures and optimizations
Collaborate with our SEO and content teams to build high-performing, conversion-focused websites
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize site performance, and enhance user experience
Deliver projects on schedule with clean, well-structured code

Requirements:

2+ years of proven WordPress development experience
Advanced proficiency with Elementor Pro, JetEngine, ACF, and Crocoblock
Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience creating custom post types, fields, and dynamic content
Proven ability to integrate plugins, APIs, and third-party tools
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Excellent written English for team communication and project documentation
Reliable, high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

WooCommerce development experience
Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
Knowledge of PHP and WordPress hooks/filters
Previous agency or multi-client freelancing experience
