We’re a growth-focused company hiring a full-time VA to build/enrich lead lists, run cold
What you’ll do
Lead gen & enrichment: source ICP lists, find decision-makers, verify
Outbound calling: very willing and confident to make calls for data research/validation and to talk with potential clients (light discovery, appointment setting).
Cold
GHL management: pipelines, tags, triggers, forms, calendars, contact hygiene; simple automations.
File wrangling: Google Sheets/Excel formulas (XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH), SPLIT, REGEXREPLACE, text parsing.
Research: competitors, associations, events, podcasts, niche directories.
Find, recommend and post to
SOPs: document steps, keep checklists current, suggest improvements.
You are
Available full-time, US hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5 Eastern).
Not currently employed during those hours.
Exceptionally organized, accurate, and reliable.
Takes direction and also proactively improves workflows.
Comfortable with repetitive/tedious tasks without letting quality slip.
Clear English—written and spoken; calm/confident on the phone and Zoom.

CRM/automation: Go High Level (GHL), Zapier/Make, Calendly.
Sheets/Docs: Google Sheets, Excel.
Research/scraping: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Simple Scraper Outscraper
Training-friendly: ok with watching training videos/PDFs and following playbooks.
Compensation & terms
Base: $6.25/hour (negotiable based on skill).
Commission/Bonus: performance incentives for qualified leads, booked calls, show-ups, and data accuracy.
Pay schedule: bi-weekly with 2 weeks in arrears.
Paid trial week to ensure mutual fit.
