Part-Time LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a part-time LinkedIn lead generation specialist to join our team at Lexabi Communications. If you’re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Managing lead generation using LinkedIn Core and Sales Navigator
– Following structured scripts and messaging templates
– Researching and identifying prospects using both paid and free LinkedIn tools
– Taking accurate and organized notes for ongoing tracking
– Engaging in messenger conversations and booking follow-ups when needed
– Attending a weekly video meeting (via Google Meet) with the team lead (15-30 mins)

Requirements:

– Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the free version of LinkedIn
– Comfortable with script-based outreach
– Strong written and spoken English
– Must be available to work between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM PH time
– Excellent communication skills — we value transparency and responsiveness
– Bonus if you have experience with other lead generation tools or platforms

Position Details:

– Part-time: 6–20 hours/week (flexible depending on workload)
– Pay: $4.00/hour (Canadian dollars)
– Long-term opportunity for the right person
