YouTube Shorts Editor for Dude Real

Hello applicants!

My name is Carlo Moritz and I run one of the leading Joe Rogan podcast Shorts channels on YouTube called "Dude Real".
The channel publishes viral stories from guests of the show with a lot of B-Roll coverage for story telling.
The channel sets itself apart by having a large amount of videos that exceed the 1 minute mark and begin with a few seconds of voice over.
Now, I want to increase the output and amount of shorts on the channel that are between 1 and 3 minutes long.
Because I produce the shorts with 80% B-Roll coverage, I need your help!


What you should bring to the table:

-Experience in finding B-Roll on the internet such as clips from YouTube, Envato Elements or other social medias or stock footage sites
-Knowing which B-Roll clip fits great for any specific moment of a short and finding it yourself on the internet
-Experience with editing Shorts (9:16 format videos)
-Ability to copy the same style and pace of the other successful 'Dude Real' shorts
-Willingness to work multiple hours on one clip

Your future work:

You will replicate the EXACT style of the shorts that are posted ---------- on YouTube

-Watching the raw, already cut clip that is provided to you via Google Drive
-Getting familiar with the story that is told in that clip, might have to watch it multiple times
-Downloading video footage that fits EXACTLY what is said in every specific moment of the short
-New footage every 1-3 seconds of the short
-Not using the same footage twice (another part from the same video source file is fine)
-Telling a coherent story with the footage you put on top of the podcast clip
-AI clips are allowed but real videos are preferred
-Leave the first second without B-Roll
-Footage has to be full-screen
-About 80% of the duration of the clip has to be covered with B-Roll
-Highlights or arrows at important parts of the video to emphasize what is said in the clip is appreciated

This clip is about a guy that was traveling through Russia and interviewing people when the Russian secret services suddenly arrested him and he got into unexpected trouble.
