Role Overview
We’re looking for a UGC Social Media Manager to help us execute our TikTok content strategy. The focus is on organic content, sourcing creators, and turning their UGC into engaging posts that showcase the Muvn community. The strategy is already in place we need someone who can execute efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities
Source and reach out to TikTok creators for UGC partnerships.
Brief creators and manage UGC content delivery.
Repurpose UGC into TikTok posts that feel authentic and community-first.
Stay on top of TikTok trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Track what performs well and refine the content pipeline.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing TikTok UGC or organic content campaigns.
Ability to source, brief, and manage creators.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, editing, and storytelling.
Organised and execution-focused, with attention to detail.
Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus.
