JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing and screening process for candidates.
In this role, you’ll be assigned specific job openings and will be responsible for:
Screening candidate applications with accuracy and attention to detail
Sourcing candidates from our member directory and LinkedIn
Conducting outreach to potential candidates via email
Shortlisting and presenting the most qualified candidates to our clients
We’ll begin with a trial project, and if successful, you’ll transition into a part-time role starting at 10 hours per week with the potential to increase based on performance.

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
5+ years of talent acquisition experience
Proven ability to screen applications with precision and consistency
Strong background sourcing across a wide range of roles (not limited to a single function like Finance or Engineering)
Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Fluent written English with strong communication skills
