AI Content Operator – Short-Form Editing & AI Workflows

We are an Australian startup building a Philippines-based creative + AI team to deliver Instagram Reels and social content. We are seeking an AI Content Operator to turn scripts, assets, and creative inputs (like client briefs) into polished Reels.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble short-form videos.
- Work with AI-generated scripts, captions, images, and video clips.
- Apply branding, captions and hashtags consistently.
- Keep task boards updated.
- Flag workflow issues and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate directly with the founder for creative feedback.
- Upload drafts for human-in-the-loop review before publishing.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience creating short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
- Comfortable working with AI-generated text or media.
- Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, angles and lighting.
- Organised, proactive and self-managing.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements.
- Strong communication; background in fil ---------- dia/advertising/visual arts is a plus.

Compensation: PHP 18,000–25,000 per month plus bonuses for quality, creativity and workflow improvement.
