High Quality, Detailed Oriented, & Motivated Project Manager Wanted

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Project Manager for our online US-Based web development company. We want someone who has the motivation, commitment and the skills to make the most of this opportunity. Someone who makes a personal commitment to giving top-quality, consistent performance because that's just who they are.

Our company is NOT looking for temporary workers who bounce from job to job. We've worked hard to become a market leader in this industry and we're still growing. The only thing we need is more professional, proactive people to grow with us. We're looking for a personable professional with a mind for business and an attitude for getting things done as a Project Manager.

Right now, we have more work than we can handle and are constantly getting new work requests, but it is hard for us to be able to project manage it all and that is why we need a dedicated project manager. Once this person is brought on, it will be much easier for us to continue building our business.

We offer flexible scheduling, and we prefer someone who typically works during the day on USA time (-5 GST) and is available on Skype most of the day to work with our team of freelancers all around the world.

Tasks include:
- Having a project meeting with our CEO when we get a new project in. This will be done via Skype or some sort of web meeting, so good English skills are a must.
- Administrative services such as: Providing daily updates of activities, keeping projects ahead of schedule, working with freelancers to ensure that the projects are getting done and attending weekly team calls
- Delivering a WOW customer experience when our customer gets the end product.
- Ensuring that projects are moving along and that freelancers are completing tasks as agreed upon.
- Working with the CEO to update in regards to the freelancers status and recommend termination if a freelancer isn't hitting deadlines or showing up to work.
- Need to have an eye for detail. The reason we are looking for a project manager is to get rid of this aspect that is time-consuming. You must be willing to go back to freelancer when details haven't been completed or the project isn't to your satisfaction before the client sees it.
- You will need to have Wordpress, PHP, HTML knowledge as you will be setting up landing pages, squeeze pages, updating websites, etc. We don't want to have to wait for freelancers to show up in order to make changes, etc.
- Managing various projects to make sure they are completed on time and ready for market.
- Have the ability to be firm with freelancers so that they are putting out great quality the first time to eliminate the need for unnecessary waste of time.

What you need:

- Project management skills needed
-Wordpress & HTML knowledge to be able to put together squeeze pages, landing pages, update websites, etc.
- PHP/MySQL knowledge is a plus.
- Must be a fast learner and motivated person.
- Business/Marketing/Sales knowledge
- A high-speed Internet connection
- Microsoft Office
- Computer/Internet experience and skills

Starting out this will be a part-time position on a trial period, but will expand into fulltime hours after about 90-120 days if we are able to confirm that you are the right person for this position.
