Overview

We are seeking Architectural/Structural BIM Specialists for a 3-month remote contract, focusing on LOD 300-350 modeling, clash coordination, and documentation for an office and commercial building project.

Roles:
- Architectural BIM Specialist: Model building envelopes, interiors, and architectural elements.
- Structural BIM Specialist: Model structural systems (e.g., beams, columns, foundations).

Responsibilities:
- Create LOD 300-350 architectural/structural models in Revit.
- Perform clash detection/coordination using Navisworks/Revit.
- Deliver accurate FCD.
- Collaborate remotely to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of BIM experience in architectural or structural disciplines, with clash-critical project expertise.
- Expert in Revit (required); AutoCAD, Navisworks.
- Proficient in clash detection workflows.
- Philippines-based with reliable WFH setup (stable internet, BIM-capable computer).
- Full-time availability for 3 months.
