CREATIVE STRATEGIST

Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with product vision
Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire cross-team innovation
Analyze trends and consumer insights to shape creative direction
Oversee content creation and enforce brand guidelines
Experiment with new storytelling formats, including AI tools
Apply innovative, out-of-the-box thinking for creative development

Requirements
Strong portfolio proving success in creative strategy
Deep knowledge of branding and marketing trends
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Bonus Points
Ecommerce or dropshipping experience
Direct-response marketing knowledge
Hands-on skills in content production or AI creative tools

Compensation
$1,500/month base + performance-based bonuses

Bounty System:
ROAS 2.1–2.2 ? 3% commission on weekly ad spend
ROAS 2.2–2.3 ? 5% commission on weekly ad spend
ROAS >2.3 ? 7% commission on weekly ad spend

What this means in practice:
With $7,000–$10,000 in weekly ad spend, hitting a 2.3+ ROAS could mean $500–$700+ commission in a single week.
Ambitious strategists can realistically push their total earnings into the $7,000–$10,000/month range when performance compounds.
