Senior Performance Marketing Strategist For Singapore Digital Marketing Agency

We're seeking a High Level Marketing Strategist to architect and execute data-driven campaigns that transform local businesses into market leaders.

You'll own the complete strategy lifecycle for multiple clients in the healthcare niche, ensuring their growth KPIs are consistently exceeded.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital strategies for local service businesses, with a focus on high-value niches including plastic surgery, medical spas, dental practices, and specialist medical clinics. You'll be directly accountable for client results.
- Develop multi-channel lead generation strategies leveraging Google Ads, local SEO, and Meta Ads
- Design conversion funnels that dominate local markets and capture high-intent prospects
- Present strategic recommendations to our client success managers
- Own client KPIs from strategy through execution

Minimum Requirements

- At least 3 years experience in ONE company in a leadership marketing role OR marketing strategy
- 5+ years digital marketing with proven local business lead generation results
- Track record managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets with positive ROI
- Expert-level Google Ads, META Ads, and inbound local lead gen
- Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive lead generation targets
- Experience with high-ticket service businesses preferred
- Has experience in high-value local service niches
