Kajabi Specialist (Women Applicants Only – Conscious Women’s Business)

Description:
I am looking for a dedicated Kajabi Specialist (woman only) to support me in running my conscious women’s business. My work focuses on creating online courses and offerings for women in the areas of empowerment, conscious motherhood, and spiritual growth.

I want to focus fully on my creative work—writing, teaching, and connecting with women—while you take care of the technical and structural side in Kajabi.

Your role will be to set up and manage everything around my courses in Kajabi, so that all I need to do is upload the videos myself.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up waitlists, landing pages, and opt-in forms

Structuring online courses (modules, offers, product setup — videos will be uploaded by me)

Creating and managing email lists, sequences, and automations

Setting up offers, checkouts, and product pages

Ensuring everything in Kajabi runs smoothly and is well-organized

Technical problem-solving inside Kajabi when needed

Qualifications:

Female (this is important because my business is created by women, for women)

Strong, hands-on Kajabi experience (you know the platform inside and out)

Skilled with email automations, course setup, and landing pages

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Trustworthy and respectful of confidentiality when working with sensitive business and client information

Work Setup & Payment:

Remote (work from anywhere)

Flexible working hours

Paid per hour (since workload will vary depending on my course schedule)

Long-term collaboration if we are a good fit (I will be creating more in the future)
