Email Designer for E-commerce Agency (Figma)

We are an e-commerce agency looking for a talented and reliable Email Designer to join our team for a long-term, part-time position, with potential to turn into a full-time position. We have a consistent and growing workflow for our e-commerce clients and are looking for a key tea ---------- mber to grow with us.

Your role is to take the provided copy and transform it into beautiful, high-converting email designs in Figma. This is a pure design role—no coding or email platform experience is needed.

Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality email campaigns based on provided copy and creative direction.
- Work efficiently within our design system, using and adapting existing templates to create fresh, engaging layouts.
- Create on-brand graphics and visual elements in Figma.
- Deliver well-organized Figma files ready for our development team.
- Start by working on a smaller number of clients to get familiar with our process, with the opportunity to gradually increase responsibilities and client load as you grow with the team.

Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma is essential.
- Experience designing for e-commerce brands is required.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your skill in visual design
- Experience turning copy into a polished, finished design.
- A keen eye for detail, typography, and brand consistency.
- Reliable, independent, and fluent in English.
