# UX Pilot AI — Virtual Assistant (Payments & Admin)

**Role type:** Part time contractor (15–25 hrs/week to start).
**Location:** Remote — must have 4–5 hours overlap with CET (Europe/Warsaw) or work in that timezone

## What you will tackle

**Payments operations.** Prepare and process weekly payouts to creators, contractors, and vendors (Stripe/Stripe Connect, Wise, PayPal, bank transfer). Track invoice approvals and due dates, resolve payment issues, and handle refunds/chargebacks.

**Financial overviews.** Deliver a monthly financial report as a basis for our P&L Build and own a simple Sheets/Notion dashboard for expenses, open invoices, payables/receivables, and KPI roll?ups. Flag anomalies early and propose fixes.

**Admin, ad hoc.** Document and update SOPs, run light research (pricing, tools, quotes), and keep shared drives tidy.
