Supply Chain Management Specialist (Google Dropshipping)

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our rapidly growing e-commerce business focused on Google dropshipping. We run several international Google Shopping stores and need someone who can act fast, optimize processes, and prevent issues before they arise.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the entire supply chain for our Google dropshipping operations
- Inventory control – monitor lead times, manage purchasing, and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Optimize order flow – ensure smooth processing from order to delivery
- Communicate with suppliers and fulfillment partners
- Work closely with customer service to quickly solve order-related issues
- Suggest and implement process improvements

What We Expect
- Minimum 1 year experience in supply chain management specifically for dropshipping
- Proven experience with Shopify (store management and order flow)
- Strong knowledge of Gorgias and how to use it efficiently
- Available to start immediately (part-time, with potential to scale to full-time)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
